During tooth whitening process anaesthesie is not applied or a needle  is not being used . Because the process is applied to  teeth enamel, the upper layer of the teeth is under process  and due to the absence of conduction system there is not any pain or  no pain is felt.

The troubled side of  whitening  is  the patient being forced to open  his mouth  for long time  period(at least 1 hour). In addition,within  the normal life of our patients,they  may feel hot and cold on teeth. If it continues , physician has to warned .The physician will apply a florlama (fluoride interfere with spoon), then this sensitivity will be  lost completely.
